Return Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at TEL: 02-851-89930 or email customer service at melonetshoppinas@gmail.com
  • Provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • Special ordered parts are not eligible for return.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 7 days of receipt.
  • Body parts cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order.
  • The customer will bear the return shipping fee.

 

Shipping Policy

  • In-stock orders will ship within 12 hours.
  • Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will ship within the next business day.
  • Any orders place after 5pm local time (PH) will be processed the following day.
  • If parts are not in stock and require to be ordered from the manufacturer, it may take 5 to 7 working days to arrive to our warehouse and will be promptly shipped to you.
  • Melo Auto Parts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

  • We cannot guarantee the shipping time for oversize order shipping.
  • In the event of backorders or discontinued parts, our team will assist to source them as quickly as possible. If we are unable to source it, a refund will be given.
  • Buyers shoulder the Shipping Fee,  or pickup at our Store
